Refunds and Returns
KH’YAAL offers a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@alkhyaal.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal care items such as beauty products.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest approach is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

At Khyaal, recycling is an important part of how we operate, from the materials used in our product packaging to any materials used at pop-up events.
Recycling helps conserve natural resources, reduce waste, and limit pollution, contributing to the health of our environment and the planet. By responsibly recycling materials such as paper, cardboard, glass, and metal, we reduce the need to extract and process raw resources—activities that can be energy-intensive and environmentally harmful.
These efforts help lower greenhouse gas emissions, save energy, and protect ecosystems. Recycling also reduces the volume of waste sent to landfill or incineration, preventing soil, air, and water pollution.
