A shipping notification will be sent once your order has shipped and may include tracking information if available. Customer Responsibilities – Please provide accurate delivery information. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery, whether shipped to your address or handed over at a pop-up event.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@alkhyaal.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on location.
Pop-Up Event Sales – Products sold in person at pop-up events are subject to availability and may have separate event-specific terms. Risk passes to you when items are handed over at the event.
